Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Fantasy Tennis mobile application (the "App") operated by Fantasy Tennis ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App
To use any automated means or process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the App
To use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
To engage in any behavior that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The App may include virtual items, currencies, or features that can be purchased with real money. You agree that:

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
Virtual items and currencies have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or items of value outside the App
We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual items or currencies at any time
Prices for in-app purchases may change at any time without notice

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fantasy Tennis and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

You may be able to submit content to the App, such as profile information or messages. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Virtual Gambling Disclaimer

Fantasy Tennis includes simulated gambling mechanics and features that mimic real-world gambling activities. These features:

Do not involve real money gambling (except for in-app purchases to obtain virtual currency)
Cannot be used to win real money or prizes with monetary value
Are intended for entertainment purposes only
May be addictive and should be used responsibly

We encourage responsible gaming. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact a gambling addiction support service in your region.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the App's settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fantasy Tennis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
Any content obtained from the App
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes
